The Wedding Package

The items below are included in the package


Magnificent view of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Massanutten Mountain range and Shenandoah National Park Skyline as well as awesome sunsets.


Events Barn and outdoor area between the Event Barn and Historic Barn for day of wedding from 4PM-Midnight (up to 2 hours the day before may be available for decorating if no event is scheduled that day).

No need for a “rain plan” for the event barn is spacious, heated and cooled, and has spectacular views from the large windows that allows for last minute change to indoors.
Access to the pond is permitted for the ceremony, photography or general strolling general strolling by guests is allowed only with strict supervision of children.

Bride's  Room with a dedicated restroom!

Loft–area for guys to hang out and play some foosball and “hide out” until the ceremony.

Dance floor

Arbor for ceremony

Basic PA System with Mic and Flatscreen TV for your photo presentations.

Decorations including rustic cake stand, vases, mason jars,  signs, chalkboards and candleholders.

  Set Up

Set Up of the tables and chairs for the reception and the chairs for the outside ceremony.  

66 inch round tables and chairs

30”x96” rectangular tables (quantity limited)

Tablecloths for dinner tables (white).

100 Lawn chairs for outdoor ceremony. An additional 100 chairs are available at an additional cost.

The first 100 place settings (china dinner plates and silverware). Additional place settings as well as salad and dessert plates are available for rent.

Bathrooms stocked with toiletries for guests

Barn and reception areas cleaned, setup and ready to use by client.

Final cleanup such as washdown of tables/chairs/facility.

A minimum of two staff members onsite during event to ensure smooth operations of facility.

Use of our farm logo for use on programs, gifts, etc.
